Reservations:
All reservations are made via telephone or email and are subject to vehicle availability.

Driver:
The minimum age for car rental is 23 years old.

Driver’s License:
A valid driver’s license issued in Greece or an EU country, valid for at least 1 year prior to the rental start date, is required. Citizens from non-EU countries must also possess a valid International Driving Permit alongside their national driver’s license.

Traffic Tickets – Fines:
The renter is responsible for any traffic tickets or fines incurred during the rental period. Additionally, the Renter is responsible for payment of administrative fees where applicable.

Payment Methods:
The renter must present a credit card as a guarantee for the rental, even if payment is made in cash. The rental fee is prepaid.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled start date and time of the vehicle rental. In case of cancellation, the customer must contact the company via telephone and email.

Cancellation charges are as follows:
If cancellation is notified to rentalcar-nafplio, Korinthos at least ninety-six (96) hours before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, any prepaid amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is notified to Car Rental Nafplio & Korinthos less than ninety-six (96) hours before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, no refund will be issued.

Pickups and Drop-offs:
Pickups and drop-offs at locations other than the company’s offices are available upon request. Additional charges apply for pickups and drop-offs within cities (€15 + VAT), and outside of cities (€25 + VAT), plus €1.45 + VAT per kilometer.

Additional Driver:
The charge for each additional driver is €4 per day. The maximum number of drivers is limited to 3 individuals.

Fuel:
The renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel as it had at the time of collection. In case the vehicle is returned with less fuel than initially provided, the customer will be charged for the fuel difference. No refund will be provided if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than collected. Vehicles are provided with a minimum amount of fuel, equivalent to 1/4 of the tank.

Collision Damage Waiver:
The renter is fully released from liability for any damage to the vehicle beyond €500 + VAT provided that they accept and sign the company’s terms and conditions.

As a prerequisite for liability waiver, it must be proven that the damage was not caused by a violation of the traffic code.

Full Damage Waiver:
The renter is fully released from liability for any damage to the vehicle, provided they accept and sign the company’s terms and conditions and pay the following amount: €6 per day of rental.

As a prerequisite for liability waiver, it must be proven that the damage was not caused by a violation of the traffic code.

Insurance:
Vehicles are insured against third-party damage (excluding the driver) for death and bodily injury up to €1,220,000 per accident, and for material damages from third parties (excluding the vehicle) up to €1,220,000. Any damages exceeding the insurance coverage or excluded from it will be fully paid by the customer.

Roadside Assistance:
Cars rented from Car Rental Nafplio & Korinthos are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance. Contact details for roadside assistance are provided in the rental agreement.

Transportation of Vehicles Outside the Country:
Transporting and driving the car outside the borders of the Hellenic Republic is prohibited.

Transportation by Ship:
Written approval from the company is required for transporting the vehicle by ship.
